　　 2. Select 8Cr2S steel for slow cooling after forging and perform post-forging isothermal annealing in time, the annealing temperature is determined to be 790~810℃, holding for 2h, isothermal at 700℃, after cooling for 4h, the furnace is cooled to 550℃

　　 The furnace is air-cooled.

　　 3. Rough machining the cavity after annealing to save 1~2mm finishing allowance. Then the process of quenching and tempering is: preheating temperature 600℃ for 1h, quenching temperature 890℃, 25min after insulation

　　Quenching, air quenching hardness>60HRC, tempering temperature 600℃ for 2h, hardness after tempering is 46~48HRC. After quenching and tempering, finish forming.
