Method/Step

　　 First of all, you have to buy the materials to process the mold. The materials are divided into wool and light sheet materials. The following figure is from light sheet materials. It is not necessary to grasp the right angle when preparing materials. The preparation materials can be drilled directly according to the drawing slot of the mold.

　　 There are slots and holes, which are all processed according to the mold drawing. The prepared material, after the material is prepared, we have to send out the processing to harden the template.

　　The hardened template, the hardening is what people call heat treatment, which means that the template will be hardened after high temperature treatment. The mold made by this method is more used.

　　 After the hardened template passes through the flat grinding and right angle of the grinder, it forms a template with a smooth surface. After the grinder grinds the template right, and then discharge to the next step of processing.

　　 The middle four holes of the template are formed by the discharge of a good Gong Gong. After discharging, the template will be assembled for the next station.

　　The final step is to assemble the mold. After assembling the mold, get the injection molding machine to test the mold directly. If the molded product has no problems, it can be shipped.
